Please check the number of embroidery holes in your stitch pattern. To choose the suitable fabric size
To calculate, divide the number of embroidery patterns of the pattern divided by the CT of the fabric and add 3-4 inches to allow space along the pattern's edge.
For example, if the pattern indicates the length of embroidery = 100, embroidery length = 180.
If using 11CT , calculate the fabric size as follows
Width = (100/11) +4 = 13 inches
Length = (180/11) +4 = 20 inches
Therefore need to use a cloth size 13x20 inches or 33x50 cm.
If using 14CT, calculate the fabric size as follows
Width = (100/14) +4 = 11 inches
Length = (180/14) +4 = 17 inches
Therefore need to use fabric size 11x17 inches or 28x43 cm.
Embroidery fabric 14CT, the fabric eye is more frequent or the embroidery area is smaller than 11CT
14CT embroidery fabric will provide finer embroidery Because the embroidery hole is smaller than 11CT
11CT lace fabric is easier to sew Because the embroidery hole is bigger Suitable for beginners and elderly people
